Congratulations for your positive decision and wish you all the best but can i know which province?

hello,

what kind of visa will u seek to enter canada beofre seeking asylum pls? someone should help

Technically can be any form of visa. Work, study, visitor, etc. Visitor is the easiest but definitely not easy. You also must have a valid case of persecution with proof plus proof that you have attempted to seek solutions in your home country including relocating within your home country.

Regards

I applied in July 2018 and I have not heard anything since my first date has been canceled. Is that normal or do I need to call them?

Do you know how long from now it would be cause it’s been a complete year now

Unknown. Think they have wrapped up almost all the legacy cases from 2012 but there are definitely some cases left from 2017 who are from countries on the expedited list. You just have to wait. Due to the huge influx of asyLum cases the system is overwhelmed.

Do you think they process single applications less that family once. I am a single applicant
