Refugee Applications in 2019 for Less Complex Cases

My application select for less complex in may and I submitted my documents 21 may in July 15 I received a letter that my application transferred form Montreal to Toranto who know how long will take to hear from Toranto ? And what’s the reason they transferred my application?

do members choose claimant for fast track randomly? I am from country listed for expedited process. I see people received fast track letters within 2 months of applying ? how it works ?
