Hi,
I work as a supervisor with a liquor store and have been working there from last 7 months. I have a job letter from them and would be leaving this job as I am getting a good opportunity as a manager. But, if I leave this job the person won't be giving me the reference letter for the job - mentioned as experience letter but I do have my pay stubs. So would my experience as supervisor would be still valid?
Please help me on this issue. As I would be applying as 7 months as supervisor and rest 5 months as manager adding to 1 year of skilled experience.
Thanks in advance.

You need a proper letter detailing the duties and responsibilities of your position. Pay stubs can only supplement the letter but not replace it.

Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
Need a bit more clearification
It does mean that my job letter and pay stub would work? As I won't be able to provide my job letter.
