Received PPR for TRV, before when we should move to Canada?

Me and my family received PPR for TRV and passports already submitted for stamping.
1. My qestion is before when we should be in Canada?
2. Another question is that my new born baby does not have the TRV yet but he is already in PR application with us and thinking not to apply TRV for him and waiting for PR, is that ok?

1) Your question is a bit confusing. A TRV does not allow you to move to Canada. You would need to wait until PR is approved before you can move to Canada or have work permits.
2) Yes, it's fine to wait as long as you don't plan to bring your child to Canada until PR is approved.

thank you for the info dear. My 1st question was, I received the Work permit approval , thats what i mean by TRV
