I have a question in regards to my profile. I have a 1 year foreign work experience which I did not add in my last application because my point was enough to get ITA with my CEC application.

Will any red flag be raised if I add that experience in my reapplication for PR or not. This job is in my other work history but did not use it to claim any point.

Hi Everyone,
My visa was refused after receiving ITA for FSW program today.

The reason for refusal:

"On 2019/04/24 you were asked to produce the following evidence and documents: Employment Records and Pay Stubs. You were informed that if this office did not receive the required evidence and documents from you within the time specified, your application would be assessed on the basis of the information that was originally provided with your application.

You were warned that failure to provide the additional information could result in the refusal of your application.

On 2019/05/09 you were given a reminder that these documents were required in order to complete the assessment of your application. Furthermore, on 2019/05/17 you were given a final reminder and given seven more days to comply with the Act.

To this date, we have not received the required evidence and documents from you, namely Employment Records and Pay Stubs for you. As a result, you have not met the requirements of subsection 16(1) and I have therefore refused your application."

I did NOT receive these warnings or emails both on the online portal or via email where you get notified. What Can I do? Has anyone been in similar situation and any advice?

My Application got rejected due to Canadian employment do not indicate that you performed actions consistent with the lead statement. What should i do now?, I can get the new letter from my employer. Can i upload it via IRCC?
Please suggest, What would be the best option whether to submit the new EE profile or submit the new employment letter via IRCC?

A friend got rejected for PR because the officer was not satisfied with his reference letter matching the NOC code he chose (NOC 1215). The letter was written by the HR with the Area Manager's edits. BTW the AM does not directly supervise him, so he felt he overstated his duties. He met an immigration officer who advised him not to reapply as his application may come under major scrutiny this time around.

He thinks he can get a better letter from his direct supervisor that will more likely align with his NOC code but here are the concerns:

1) Would CIC be concerned that the letter is signed by a different person this time around?
2) NOC 1215 includes supervisory positions. Will CIC wonder why it is being signed by a supervisor which the could consider as a colleague?
3) Can he reapply with a LoE stating why the initial letter was unsatisfactory? Will this raise misrepresentation issue?
4) The previous letter had his job title as 'Warehouse Worker.' Can he use the new title as 'Operations Specialist?"
5) He plans to extend his PGWP for the remaining 3 months CIC owes him. Can he flagpole for that?

I would appreciate any advise. Thanks!

I hate to be bearer of negative news...
You need to provide them with a new work experience proof. Agent says you don't match the NOC based on the duties you provided, and therefore don't meet eligibility criteria.
Not looking good my friend. Don't wait for a reply or a document request from them.
NOC mismatch is probably the most common reason for rejection. Upload new documents with correct information.
Apparently you should've selected NOC 2282.

I got fair procedure letter form cic. I have Applied for pr under express entry the reason for that
i answered one question wrongly
The question was have you or your family member listed in application ever been refused for the visa for canada or any other country I answered no for that
They found that my wife was refused visa for the usa in background check Now they send me fair procedure letter
I never wanted to answer wrongly but as she was granted visa ultimately so that doesn't count i assumed
They gave me 7 days to reply
What shall i do

I did also the same mistake, did not disclosure uk and australia refusal visa, my aor april 2019,
last week I raised CSE to inform them , but no reply

My AOR was March 31 and I got rejected July 12. Do you mean your application was rejected because of PCC and then they processed it again?

What was the reason you got rejected dude?

Greetings to everyone, (@legalfalcon )
Yesterday my application was cancelled after one of my police certificates from Central Africa Republic was rejected. The problem here is when I requested for a police certificate back in 2015 from the issuing body, a certificate of non condemnation was delivered. I was told that for foreigners (I hold a Cameroonian passport), this is what is issued.
Interestingly, I had applied for PR back in 2015 with this same document with no issue.
I intend to revert to the issuing body once more for clarifications. Should this certificate be the only one issued to non- Nationals, what would be the best way forward?
Is there anyone here in a similar situation?
