do I have upload those letter again or I should just explain ?
You can do both and maybe provide the scans of Reference letters again in a pdf.

Hi,

I'm going to upload my transcript, ECA report as well as my degree certificate. I just noticed a mistake in my transcript, the place of birth is incorrect. I contacted my university they said it shouldn't be a problem and they're not willing to correct it. Can I just explain in LOE place of birth is wrong in my transcript. Would that suffice? I hope this small error does not lead to rejection

Anyone has been rejected because the PCC is electronic? (No stamp but an authentication code)

Guys any tips for filling the travel history correctly?
As I can see many problems arising from this section!

Also my name on my transcripts is different from my name on my passport ECA IELTS and all other documents however the diffference is only few letters and spaces in middle names only!

How can I overcome this?

Final question is for PCC from home country where I lived until 2012 theme relocated to USA since then however I recently visited my home country to get my PCC since it has to be in person. So I got my PCC while visiting my home country where I lived in the past and left a DAY after. Do I still need to get a new PCC as with IRCC notes I am confused now?

Finally I verified that maintaining POF in my spouse account even though I am the primary applicant should be ok. Anyone got rejected for this reason? The bank account only has my spouse name on it and he is an accompanying spouse

Any help will be very much appreciated. This whole application process is literally OVERWHELMING

q1. Additional documents will not result in rejection (provided you also supplied the required documents for a place holder)
q2. You don't have to mention your tourist visas. They need your current and VALID passport, with bio page, stamps, markings, visas only.
hi Farazafzal
does the additional documents give you extras points?

hi Farazafzal
does the additional documents give you extras points?

Nope! not at all !
Depends what does additional documents mean though. There are two types of docs:
1. Mandatory (gives you point and keep your application valid)-- not providing them results in rejection. Passport, etc
2. Supporting documents to support your claim (experience letter from employer)..
Documents other than these are additional, such as experience letter of accompanying spouse. No points !

Any help

Travel History - 2 ways - either you list every trip including the time spent in your home country or country of residence - basically you are accounting for every day in the last 10 years or you only list those trips outside your country of origin or residence per CIC recommendation. Your choice - if they want additional info for choosing the second option they will request for additional document

Transcripts are not needed - only degrees to be uploaded - my opinion you don't need them so no LOE. If you want to upload you can explain in LOE.

PCC - yes you need a new one. It should be dated after your exit from the country. The current one will be rejected if dated before your exit.

POF - no issues if spouse is also on the application. Just get a letter of declaration signed by spouse that there is no objection to funds being used by you for settlement in Canada.

Hope this helps. Good luck

Thank you very much. May be I was not clear but my diplomas and degrees are the ones with the name discrepancy and I already explained this when I got my ECA and they issued it with the name I have on my passport and other documents. So do I need a name affidavit and an LOE to supplement it?

Ah ok if its the degree/diploma then yes please put a LOE and explain the same - you can also support that wth the explanation you provided for ECA. Good luck!

This is for which country? If it is for Singapore, then it is perfectly valid. I too have the same without signature, but it is a colored. Every country has its own procedure and practice. CIC cant ask them to change.

All the singapore PCC holders does not have the signatures.
