...so m good to go, right? By the way, I have a reasonable balance of PF too but completely unsure if that would be counted?

I don't k ow what that is :s

As long as you meet the minimum funds needed and you have it in liquid form, you could have millions and it won't add to your application.

PF is Provident Fund. Thoughts?

Dear All,
Need help on below:
I have declared CAD 23000 for PoF. Out of this, I have 19800 saved for the last many months (in the form of saving certificates). For the remaining 3,200, I am showing my bank account statement for the last three months. BUT in the bank statement, this 3200 is not consistently maintained (although the average is 3200). At present the balance in my bank account is 4725 though. Can not being able to consistently maintain the required balance of 3200 cause any objections?

you don't need to consistently maintain the LICO, only the 6-months average should cover it

Still no idea what a provident fund is.

Why thank you ;)

I am not sure on that one. There's been a few people say yes and a few say no.

But honestly if you have a bank account showing at least the main required funds, you don't need to worry about anything else.

if they were ravens rather than pigeons everyone would agree

Maybe kryt0n should start with stand up comedies then ;D
When you find yourself in a situation where you ask a serious question one person, and get out of a blue unrelated answer from the other, somehow it doesn't initiate laugh in you. But tastes are different.
It's like replying that we can blame high or low tides in Atlantic Canada, geese who started moving south due to cold weather, squirrels running for nuts, or bears who hibernate for 6 months and do nothing, or whatever ;)

The response was a joke, meant to be read deadpan. Sarcasm doesn't work here. I wasn't implying that pigeons were LITERALLY responsible for 20% of over 6 month processing times.

Did you find the link to the huge discussion about >6 month processing times?

I know it was a joke, and I explained why it wasn't (or isn't) funny to some people.
Yep, seen it before, but thanks anyway!

So you saw it but still asked?
There's 100s individual reasons why a visa might take a long time, hence why it is so difficult to give an accurate answer.

Yep, I was actually asking about his/her case, not in general, because we can always find out something new, you never know

I am in trouble, please guide me. :(

I got my ITA but now I have found out that my consultant put my job title as "Officer Production Planning & Scheduling" in my EE profile when my actual job title was "Cash Management Officer". The nature of my job involved both these fields mentioned in these 2 designations (cash management as well as production planning and scheduling). My business cards, contract and experience letters all have the designation as "Cash Management Officer".

What should I do? My primary job was cash management but I was assigned other functions (production planning and scheduling) during the job in addition to my primary job. Will it be considered misrepresentation to continue the application with incorrect job title when technically the actual job description matched the incorrect job title? >:(

It's definitely a mistake. You should decline ITA, update the job title as per primary job responsibilities and wait for the next invitation.
With EVERYTHING so easily accessible and understandable, in addition to the tremendous amount of help forums like these, from IRCC, what's the need for consultants anyways?
