RCMP request

Hi everyone,

CIC asked me to send RCMP again even though I sent it with my original application. I checked with my agency from where I got my finger printings done. Agency member said that RCMP is valid for 1 year after PR application. He did not suggested me to get it done again.

I have the same situation. I just replied to the same mail attaching the scan copy of my previous RCMP certificate. later I confirmed with the CIC agent and he mentioned that CIC has found my RCMP certificate. same is reflected in my GCMS notes too. but as of now didn't get the MR request. It may be due to the "REVIEW REQUIRED BY OFFICER" golden note by some junior VO for his senior. and senior is busy enjoying canadian spring weather. 8) 8) 8) 8)

I applied it on same day but i did not get any rcmp request email ? I did submit it with my application . And idea why ??

its purely my opinion. CIC does the criminality check first based on name. if the result comes positive with the same name then they asks for RCMP fingerprint base certificate to make sure its not the same person. and that is the time when they send RCMP request. your name must not have listed so you have not received RCMP request. pray not to get such mails because it delays the process.

I got Police clearance certificate request email.. I did not get finger print certificate request.. so I suppose I need to submit RCMP clearance certificate only .. Please correct me if I am wrong :'(
and when I am submitting Indian PCC , should I also send them passport pages photo copies which has criminal check stamps ?
