Hi all,
I’m facing a frustrating technical issue while trying to submit my WES application on the JNTUH Online Student Services portal (studentservices.jntuh.ac.in/oss) to send sealed transcripts/documents directly to WES Toronto.
Here’s exactly what happens:
1. I log in with my hall ticket number (as username) and password.
2. I go to the Transcript/WES section, fill in the details, upload the required documents: neatly scanned copy of the signed WES Academic Records Request Form + my Original Degree (OD) certificate (as instructed on the portal).
3. I click “Submit” — the application seems to go through (no immediate error).
4. But when I try to proceed to any payment option (Netbanking, Credit/Debit card, etc.), the page redirects me straight back to the login page. It logs me out or loses the session, and I have to start over. No payment gateway loads, no transaction starts
