Question regarding Procedural Fairness letter

Helllo,
Please I need your help. My wife’s application has been in the backlog for almost two years now. The last update dated back to March 2024. However, I got a Procedural fairness Letter attached to my email last week regarding her sponsorship requesting me to update and upload the following information via web form:

• Updated IMM 0008
• Updated IMM 5406
• Updated IMM 5669
• Certificate of Selection for Quebec
• New police certificate from Rwanda
• RCMP certificate

For the RCMP certificate, should I be the one to do it or my wife (she has never come to Canada before). I went to get my finger prints here in Canada but I was refused it because the letter was addressed to the applicant and I was c/o’d in the letter attached.

We were given 30 days to complete this or we would be rejected.

Any help would be appreciated.
