I was thinking about the exact same thing, if a person had a negative experience in a workplace once, it might be a miscommunication or an accident, if it happens in two different workplaces, that person may be extremely unlucky, but if it happens all the time and in every workplace, he/she is the real problem.
I am living in Canada for 3.5 years and have many friends (and members of community) who are working in different occupations, those kinds of experiences are extremely rare in skillful jobs but heard about it (nepotism or disrespect) a couple of times from friends who had general jobs (interestingly enough, some were immigrants too). However, I would agree that finding the very first job in any foreign country including Canada could be challenging for many.
Lot of assumptions and generalizations here. Getting three skilled jobs for the above three experiences you mention is an extremely rare thing too.

There are very few jobs to begin with. Some people may be at the right place at the right time and/or also know the right people.

Canadian university students struggle, one can just imagine the others.

The biggest asset to the economy is the current immigrants next generation. High entry requirements ensure who gets in. Chances are high that the next generation of immigrants will do well(genetics) and sustain the economy.

I don’t have a final outcome yet. We spoke to a Canadian immigration lawyer. She doesn’t think it will be a problem If we provide the right documentation and proof of why we answered the question the way we did. However she has asked for more documentation which we have requested from our lawyer. Once we receive it, we will send it to her to provide her final legal opinion and provide us with a legal opinion letter.

Let's share some hope for FSW. Apart from the sped-up vaccination process in Canada, Canada is discussing reopening without 14 days quarantines with other G7 members, and China is talking about reopening to the US without quarantine in the late summer, all you need is a certificate of vaccination and a negative covid report.
I believe that Canada will reopen to us soon, maybe 3 months later.
Where did you see Canada is discussing reopening and opening the borders?
Canada's vaccination is still way behind to be able to open in 3 months.

I thought the reason why they keep expanding the immigration program is because there's not enough "next generation" to go around in Canada, meaning that less and less Canadians (and PRs in Canada) want to have kids, and that their population would start dwindling if they solely relied on natural population growth.

Don't understand why anyone would expect a non-PNP draw anytime soon. They cleared the pool of CEC so there is no need to draw until the number builds up again.
There are still in Canada temporary foreign workers who may have not created an EE profile because they think they don’t have a chance due to high cut offs. With a low score of 75 in the previous CEC draw, it may give hope to others and encouraged them to create a profile albeit with a low score. Having that massive draw maybe once in a lifetime, but we’ll see in the coming days how the CEC pool would be filled up.

New applications will come in but not many can get done in a few weeks. If you haven't done ECA or IELTS, it will take at least a month.
They will continue to draw CEC for sure but no point of inviting a few applicants each time.

Fair point. Language exam preps could take a while depending on the applicant’s grasp of the English/French language and def, ECA could take months.
