I just received my Celpip result and my score jump from 438 to 447. Now, I am going to lose 6 points because of the change in Dob on 1st of October. I am hoping the next draw should be on 19th. What are the chances for the next draw on the 19th of this month? Finger cross.

Even if it does not happen on the 19th it will surely be on the 26th, so you will be invited considering it is 447 and below. On e you get invited in the 26 when your birthday comes you should be find

Do I have to get an updated Indian PCC if I have not been to India since I received the last PCC?

I have been working in Australia on work visa and had to get indian PCC in January 2017. I have not been to India since then. Do I have to get Indian PCC again, or can I use the old one?

No you don't have to if you have not visited India after getting PCC.

I guess PNP ITA's are not a part of FHW (Federal High Skilled) quota's. Right.? Every draw has around 10-15% of PNP ITA's.
