your company does not have a lawyer for this legal advice? My husband was also getting a similar offer, but they do not have a Business Entity in Canada to support any LMIA.
My company has a lawyer but they want me to move on a ICT work permit rather than the PR. They say it is faster and that they cannot apply for a PR

If OINP NOI is not accepted in 45 days , do they consider the profile for further NOI notifications (post the 45 days period). If they dont(which seems possible intuitively) , does re creating the profile cause it to be eligible again for future rounds of NOI ?

This is true.
And in general word is spreading that Canada is the easiest country to get in of any developed country for most types of people.

450 and near about my be new norm, unless they decide to increase invitations per draw.

+1 to that

Also the ones who already got their PR are referring their family members, so we can see more candidates who actually scored less on IELTS and other qualifications, but still outperform the deserved ones and win the race.

Hence there should be some serious modifications done to the CRS system to identify proper talent. A person with 400 points can have more wisdom than someone with 480 points, who got their hike in perks like family etc.

Avg new entrants above crs 451 are 180 per day.. todays cut off was 456..still there r ppl above 451 crs.. based on score distribution (180x21=3780 - 3000=780) 780 candidates r there bw 451-456 after todays draw... now after 2 weeks candidates above crs 451 will be around 3300(180×14=2520+780).. it will take 3 more draws(bi-weekly) for the score to fall below 445 assuming 451+ entrant are not more than 180 per day...
I hope you are wrong. We can only wait and see

The only thing more depressing of 456 cut off is people who are posting in here asking whether they stand a chance next draw with 445+ CRS o_O

Guys-- does the experience in primary NOC need to be 3 years in last 5 years / 10 years / or ever in your history?
My experience is split between multiple NOCs.
