Friends, a clarification please.

Unless we receive the NOI, we cannot apply for OINP, is this right?

Is there any other process that we can start, in positive anticipation?

Hi. No for WES. Degree certificate only if it’s in another language. (There’s no harm in sending attested degree certificate scanned copy) Best wishes for your application. :)

Thank you for clarifying!

Few more questions.. I know i'm asking too many questions :)

Question: 1 How did you merge back and front of your pic in one JPEG file. I'm clueless here?

Question: 2 I have a good job here in Toronto. Do I still need to have the that huge sum in my account. I have a decent amount in my account. Isn't it enough that I submit my pay slip and T4 forms and offer letter?

Your answer would be much appreciated! Thank you!

Why do you say that. Even though focus has increased on PNP, they will only get their ITAs from their own quota of 55k.
All im saying is that PNP ITAs will increase but so will the draw size as the target has increased for both FSW and PNP (3200+6000). These additional 3200 FSW immigrants will bring the crs down hopefully to below 400.

Whats your opinion ?

Best of luck

Its only a 3% increase to the 2018 FSW targets compared to the 2017 FSW targets, so I don't see the cut offs going below 400 though I see it reaching the CRS 401-410 range.
Also, it depends on how many back to back or 1 week gap draws occur.

1. Copy paste images on Word file and save them as a PDF. There’re other ways as well and I am too lazy now. :D

2. Don’t know about that. ( I had submitted six months account statement along with pay slips).

Thanks, yes, that's a very important step that can be done only after registering! I did that yesterday right after registering and getting my file number.

You mean WES (the ECA I used) will ask for my OINP file number? Is that the same number I use for completing my application i.e. XXXX-XXXXXXX format, or different?

for 1), I shot one jpg of the front with my phone, a second jpg of the back with my phone. Moved them to my computer, opened the jpg of the back in Paint, copied, opened the jpg of the front in Paint, dragged down the canvas to give extra space at the bottom to fit the other pic, then pasted and dragged to that new space at the bottom. Save, and then you have a single jpg with the front of the pic on top and the back on the bottom.

There is an Attention To place to put your file number. Yes, the format of file number is 4 letters followed by - followed by 7 numbers.

Here are the full instructions after you log into wes.org:
click the Order Duplicate IRCC button
"Would you like to order additional copies for yourself?" should be checked No
Under "Recipient 2: Institution(s) receiving your report", delete the IRCC entry and add "Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, MCIIT"
under Attention To, put your OINP file number (that's why we have to do it immediately after we submit to OINP and receive a file number)
Then you will be charged a fee of $41.81 at the end.

Since the qouta is measured by landed immigrants and in 2019 and 2020 is even higher I believe we can see sub below 400 sometime in 2018.

Thanks, so I can do that before I submit my OINP application, correct? I mean I've already registered with OINP and I am 90% done with the application, but will be able to submit it in 2-3 days (one doc missing).

Yes, you can order your duplicate WES report now

Team a quick question here, for the employment reference letter for the e-APR, do you have to show tax returns as well?
