I can totally understand your situation.

I contemplated doing the same.

But, if you can get the letter from institution mentioning the accreditation details and reference no. And the bonafide letter stating you were a student of the batch and that it was aicte accredited at that time, it should work. And do write to WES mentioning all of this.

IQAS should be an option after you’ve tried this. This is my opinion
