i'm at 428 and will be falling to 423 next month, keeping my fingers crossed.
What are the documents i need if i ever get an ITA - do i need experience verification letters from all employers? Or will just the most recent one be enough (have been at this company for 5 years, so it should be enough to get me all the points i need)
You will require Reference Letters from employments for which you claim the CRS points for. The rest you can move to the Personal History section. Good luck.

Indeed, imagine getting letters from all employers in last 10 years in some cases it would be just impossible.

Was checking 2016 Nov-dec draws as well as early 2017 draws ...the draw size seemed to increase ..so hoping the same to happen
CIC common back to back draws in nov or bigger draw size.....:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

That also helps to decrease the CRS cut-off.

Hi Guys,

Quick question about points for IELTS. Let's say I'll get following scores L/R/W/S 10/10/9/10

Will i get 125 points applying with a spouse?

Yes, the points are calculated separately for each ability (L,R,W,S). But you get the combination points only if you get a minimum of 8 in Listening and 7 in the remaining 3 modules.

Ok, thanks. Calculator clearly states that points are granted separately for each factor, so if anyone else is wondering your weakness will not take you down!

If your weakness in 1 module, pushes the score for that module below CLB 9 it does take you down as you don't get the combination points.

Hi everyone,

I am on my post graduation work permit from march 8 and on the same day, I started my paid training for assistant manager in a liquor store for one month and then I joined the same liquor store as an assistant manager right after my training finished with the same wage rate as I was being paid during my training.

But I m confused now about my work experience. Can I count it from march 8 or from April 8 when I actually started as assistant manager?

Experts help please.
Thanks in advance

Another question just raised, can you kindly answer it?

I am going to book my IELTS for Dec 2, three weeks before my 1 year work exp in Canada clicks. How long have you been waiting for IETLS results? is 3 weeks enough? I read in following thread that it may take up to 30days due to investigation and i think on website it says 15 days. Is this correct?

Results For Dec 2nd IELTS should be announced on Dec 15th.

I suggest CELPIP if you're in Canada. Personally, I think it's much easier than IELTS, you can also pay for the express rating which will take 3 days for the result.
Best of luck!

I think 2800 average ITAs per draw is 25-30% below par and not sustainable ,if target is 140000-160000 EE PR landings in a year.( conservative figure)
If they maintain around 2800 then at some point it will need to be increased as expected average ITAs should be 3200-3400.
I am really putting lof of expectation and hope for Q1 2018,it should be good for all of us.

Most likely but the NOI may be sent to below 400 as till Feb crs will go down or we may receive NOI in Jan let's hope for the best...

Yes, Ontario may issue NOI's to below CRS 400 applicants if the federal draw cut-offs go down or they may issue NOI's (below CRS 400) only to certain specific NOC's as they did earlier this year.
