I'm not doubting you. I just haven't calculated the input rates myself lately, and wondered what they were looking like.

CIC confirmed in their website that IEC categories final intake for 2017 will end on September and its believed that the quota for 2018 should start on October and hopefully this has to be the same for FSW categories as well, taking into the account of last year's ITA surge by October and after, also the minister confirmed that the number of immigrants wont drop we might get around 410 or lower soon. Good news will be around the corner
