Friends, I need your advice. In my EE profile's work experience column I have mentioned 2.75 years of work ex for one company and this company sent me to UK on deputation for 1 year. I will be getting UK PCC for that now I need to know should I mention this 1 year ex separate or will it be counted a continuous work ex. Like 1 year India then 1 year UK and then again Indian work ex till date. Should I mention them separately or it will be 1 work ex of 2.75 years?

Please advise.

Hi there,

You have been sent to work on a 1 year within same system of the Company or experience exchange between 2 Companies?
Anyway, if the same system, you should get your reference letter as normal but in this letter your working overseas should be mentioned to avoid any confusion. But remember, if your position was different while working overseas, that should be also indicated along with your daily duties, salary etc. With this way, you are good to go.

I have a feeling that we won't reach 70 pages in this 72th ROH. Hope we will have a bigger draw this time! CRS is coming down surely if draw happens this week, it's not 4-5 points, I would say 7-10 points to be reduced.
Everyone, plz keep doing your exercices today coz tomorrow we have to press F5 -10 times/sec

walking on snow /ice is different from walking on land and so is different from walking in desert....
I may've walked a lot in my tropical homeland...but to lead a caravan out there in the desert,or to lead an expedition to Arctic will need some experience in relevant environment..
we've to gain it first ...

Yes mate, it is expected and the irony is many of applicatants are devoid of any idea of the ordeal they would be facing during initial days.
I took an IELTS exam this sep9, and apparently lot of candidates want to pursue their PR routes.
While I commend their decision, I felt sad when I came to know that ,

1. most of them don't have basic idea of how the process goes.
2. most of them are blindly trusting their consultants and especially in India there are lot of vultures ready to prey.
3. They all think it's a garden of roses once they got their PR.

Hope they will get wise and informative in future.

We will have draw on page 45.!!

F5- 10 times/Sec?? My company will charge me if i break that key.

Everything's already 100% back to normal here.

And of course, it would be great to have a back to back draw, my friends deserve to get their ITAs.
So let's hope IRCC go to 100% too and start sending more than 3,500 invitations.

Hey guys,
I retake IELTS on sep9 to improve my writing and speaking skills from 6.5.
Though I have done considerably well in writing , I feel, I again made a mess in speaking as I made repeatation of words in part2.
The topic only made the matter worse.. sigh

Though Iam optimistic since am satisfied with overall performance. Fingers crossed
