Get a letter from an ex supervisor stating ur designation,duties & responsibilities,hours worked per week ,term of employment etc...get it notarised by an attorney ...collect ur ex bosses business card & company ID card copy ...shall everything along with the reference letter,explain in an LoE that company refused to mention / issue fresh one as it is against the policy...also attach any email response from company hr substantiate ur claim

I am sure there are great analytical brains here and I need some assistance to understand the CRS cuttoffs.
As per the breakdown on July 6th
601-1200 199
451-600 764
441-450 1,008

Cut off at 440 for 3202 applications.
Considering that there were quite a few applications in that space of 5 days until the draw, it still means that there were nearly 600+ applicants with a score of 440.

This then means that 431-440 which stood at 1576 applicants would have flushed out these heavy 440'ers. Leaving less than 800-1000 applicants there.

My pea brain (and the hopeful heart) tells me that next cutoff during the draw tomorrow should still be close to 430 +/- 3

Hey another Waterloo buddy! We could be neighbours. I went to Laurier and lived with a lot of UWaterloo students. The Computer Science degrees there are second to none. It's a fabulous place to be in IT. And next year it'll be even better when we move in. Just make sure you keep the noise down. Some of us have to get up for work. Damn students.

Instead I decided against it and did one in Belfast instead. Worst move of my entire life. Know who's where I would be now if I had done the MBA in Canada. Oh wait, yes I know where I would be.

441-1200 = 199+764+1008 = 1971
Total ITA issued = 3202

So remaining ITA (1232) issued to people who were at 440 and to the ones who fall in 441-1200 scores but joined the pool between 6-11July. The later can not be a very big figure since it's not easy to get those scores easily.
This then means that there should have been anywhere between 500-800 applicants who were @ 440.

This then means that that many applicants reduced from 431-440 category which was at 1500.

Which then means that depending on the average number of people who join the pool at scores of 440+ on a daily basis over the last 3 weeks should be roughly around 1800-2000.
Brining me to my pea brain prediction that the score for tomorrow's draw should be around 430 -/+3.
