I am also sailing the same boat as yours.
This sporadic gap between the draws is making us wait more. I was pretty hopeful if the draw would have taken place last Wednesday.

i am at 405 and i know what you are going thru, we just have one option to reappear in IELTs again, I am trying hard this time i lost .5 band earlier but i am not taking it lightly anymore
I knew nothing about the process about 3 months back...I spent some time here,& created my profile myself and by grace of God received my ITA in the last draw...

It is quite frustrating to know now how we both were unaware in the past what IELTS does to CRS score and couple of years went away just like that! You have dealt a far too many blow and yet, you kept walking. You really are a fighter. I mean like 332 and you never stopped believing and here i am just 31 and unmarried (hence i get more points) and i kept on regretting on my past IELTS failures. But seriously, this is my 4th time in nearly 2 years and it is bit embarrassing because i lived in a English speaking country for 7.5 years. But after reading about your journey, i will admit i am inspired, and if i still don't get the level 9 and OINP won't resume, i will fight for it just like you did.
I have finally come to the core of my problem which is the most important. It is lack of focus, it's not with the skill or techniques, i can't focus for too long. I will work on the root problem first and keep practicing even when i have not already booked a date. Dear I was at 319 till March. Then I worked hard on IELTS. Finally God showed his kindness and I jumped to CRS 385. Speaking 7.5, listening 8.5 , reading 7.5 and writing 7.5. Then sibling 15 points +spouse ECA+spouse retest of IELTS. so actually in my case it's all guns blazing. Can't go any further. Rather in December I would slip back by 5 points.

Your work experience must be in a high skilled occupation (NOC "0", "A" or "B") that is considered to be in-demand in Saskatchewan. Please see the SINP In-Demand Occupation List for the list of eligible occupations.
- At least one year of paid work experience in the past 10 years, in a skilled profession (non-trades);
- At least two years of paid work experience in a skilled trade within the past five years; or
- At least 12 months of paid skilled work experience in Canada in the past three years (trades and non-trades).
Submit letters of reference from previous employers to prove each work experience you have listed for the point assessment grid.
Documents must include letters of reference from the supervisor or Human Resources Officer printed on company letterhead or the applicant’s official work book or other official government documents.
Each letter should indicate the following:

- Your main duties/responsibilities;
