360 pages in ROH66...ie.14.4 page per day since draw 65....
another 3 days and 43 pages to go till this time on wednesday...at this rate......
we'll be at page 403.....sounds like the cut off score will coincide like someone foresaw.......at least if its at 403,july will bring it down...

Yes. Can't predict exactly now. but with 2900 quota remaining for 2017 and delayed draws will push some people to go with OINP as it will again take few more draws to reach around 400.

OINP cut-off will not go down in 2017.

OINP cut off will surely go down if the federal cut off goes below 400. So yes it is possible.

I have a question, if for instance (hypothetically) I created my CIC profile and the points that I generated were more than last months cut-off, does this mean it is an ITA guaranteed if the cutoff for this end of the month is less or equal to last months?
Basically my question relies if there is a line (like a list based on who created there profile first) and it goes in that order.

Im a bit confused on how the draw order goes if you meet the minimum cutoff. is it random or anyone that makes the cut is guaranteed an ITA

Till 65th draw, everyone with equal to and above cut off were guaranteed ITA.
66th onwards, the number of ITAs will be announced and that will determine cut off...ppl will be ranked in descending order CRS score and for multiple profiles with equal scores ranking will be older profiles first...
If 3500 is the number of ITAs for 66th draw,from the list of profiles as above,the 3500th person's rank will be the cut off...
profiles 3501,02,03....etc will not receive ITA even if their score is same as the cut off as ITAs will be restricted by the predetermined number.
if u created a profile on x date and it is active,you will participate in all subsequent draws till u receive ITA...Cut offs of previous draws have no say in ur ITA..:

Once you create your profile and it is active, you are eligible for receiving an ITA in the subsequent draws till you receive one.

If the CRS cut off is 410 for a particular draw, everybody with CRS 411 and above are guaranteed an ITA, but those at CRS 410, may or may not get an ITA depending on the number of invites issued as they get ranked based on their profile creation date.
