It's OK, we always stay positive no matter what. Having said that, everything is possible from CIC especially after those latest draws and schedules.

I do have a question to ask though, if anyone can help me with it, i came as an international student (2013) and now i own and operate my own business here in Ontario. Unfortunately my score is at 438 (6.5 in writing Ielts - 9 everywhere else).

Anywho my question is, as a business owner and operator, do i have no points for that? ive had this business for 2 years now, and working full time in canada for 3 years come this October, my lawyer just advises me to retake the IELTS (ive already did 6 times - waste of money and time, as i have been speaking english ever since i was 3 years of age in a private school)

Any help or information i should consider can help me immensely, as im lost and quite frankly given up, i have over 10 employees under my umbrella and i cant seem to stay longer after October since thats when my working visa expires. My lawyer is definitely not a morale booster either.

i know its frustrating but if somehow just by hook or crook you can get 7 bands in writing just give it a shot lets just hope everything goes well just give one more try there's nothing to lose just push yourself a lil bit more trust yourself all the best dude

There's no way the score doesn't drop by October end. 460+ is not sustainable long term

This is unnecessary. Cic should first deal with all the PR application backlogs instead of inviting more people.

For how long have you been awaiting and what stage of the process are you in? I submitted my documents almost a year ago! My medical was cleared on Oct 12, no update since then

Hello Everyone,

I live in Qatar, and As per a requirement of CIC for wherever you live more than 6 months that you need to provide a PCC which was issued by Ministry of Interior in Tbilisi, Georgia. In order to get this document me and my family had to revisit the country Because the embassy of Georgia in Qatar,said that they only issue a PCC for Georgian Citizens. Later on the PCC was issued on 18th of December,2018. Whereas the given document was in georgian language so that we had to translate it through a authorised company after that the document had to be notarised so that we brought it to justice hall in Tbilisi, Georgia. However, the processing time had taken about 9 days. Hereby we left from the country on 3rd of January,2019.

It is really impossible to do these documentation within a day and leave the country in Georgia.

My question is that will it cause any problem in my ITA application?

Shall I write and LOE to CIC?

There is no alternative option unless you have a relative or a friend which is not applicable for me, who live over there

What is your advice?

I forgot to mention that 14 days of gap will cause an issue? Because the issued date of PCC IS 18th of December,2018, and Day of departure from the country is 3rd of January,2019

Just out of curiousity, how did you receive NOI? You have TEF? I have same 444 score but did not receive NOI. My primary NOC is 2147 (5.5 years experience) but my current NOC is 0131 (6 months so far).

I am wondering whether OINP is received based on primary NOC or current NOC.

I believe draw will happen next, although previous back to back draws were followed by three weeks gap, because the target for this year is much higher. It will be 3900 with 454 CRS.
