Depends on when the draw occurs.

- if coming Wednesday, it's 10 percent
- if the one after, it's 1 percent

However, you have greater than 90 percent probability of getting an ITA from last week of June to mid-July. All the best!

ppl below 450 accept the oinp if they sent you a noi letter. i was at 433 and luckily got an noi in feb 2018 when they were picking only 2018 profiles. 1500$ is a drop in the bucket considering the amount you will spend settling down here.

Not in the next two months for sure. I can't predict the policy changes so I won't comment on what is the probability after two months. They may increase ITA or frequency. If they do, the answer to your question will depend upon inflow of applications at that time. In short, it's uncertain.

You should increase your score if possible.

Same boat, I received ONTARIO NOI for French Speakers Stream, my CRS is 468,
We have 45 days to submit the documents, so there will be at least 2 draws, prepare your documents for Ontario and wait for the draws, fingers crossed.

Please DO NOT accept Ontario NOI. You are through in the very next draw which is most likely on the coming Wednesday, 5 June.
