Hi, I'm from Sri Lanka and also in the pool with CRS score of 460. I was also kind of bummed when i saw the CRS score cut-off yesterday. So i did an analysis (below link) based on the past data and a sudden spike in cut-off marks (due to various reasons; refer the link) has always followed a dip in next round. Therefore if CIC have the next draw on 12th June the score should be less than 470. So we don't have to loose our hopes totally, just sit tight and wait.

Very useful information. In draw 77 to 78 there’s the dip by 19 points. If that repeats we are talking about 451. Thin line but u never know.

Wow, try to increase your crs, some people are saying the cut-off would be at 495+

I have just recieved my IELTS results - 8.5/9/7/7. Still have some room for improvement. If my ECA will result in Master's equivalence (which is what I am hoping for) next week, my CRS should be 459, but only before June 21st when I will loose 5 points due to birthday. Damn this May with (almost) no draws for 4 weeks.

Perfect score you got. Hope your eca would be as masters equivalency in Canada.

why i was asking was because of the sudden surge in the CRS to 470, hoping that it drops to a 433 if possible for everyone's sake

If you don't want to be hopeful, you are lurking in a wrong thread my friend

You never know what new rules/changes CIC might do in coming months. Nobody dreamed of getting ITA at 415 CRS, but they got that too.
If you don't want to give hopes to fellow applicants struggling with low score, that's fine.
I would do my best to give them hope and keep their morale high.
What this forum has done for me, this is the least I can do

PS. I think Canadian education points have always been there in CRS since the beginning. Only sibling 15 points have been added as additional rule in past 2-3 years.

French points, Canadian education points and sibling points were added from June 1st 2017 and because of that CRS conducted draw with 28 days of gap. when CRS went to 415 There were only 55000-60000 applications at that time and Ya inland people had only one year experience because Express entry just started. now people who didn’t made it that time they already have 3 years of inland experience. So for those inland applicants their CRS will be above 450 easily.

The chances of PNP or FSW is very low. If you look at historic data, PNP or FSW draws happen once in the middle of the year and once close to the end of the year. For this year, the middle year one already happened so we are safe.

I just want to share my perspective.

I stand at 416 right now even with CLB 9 due to my age (33) and my education (only B.Tech). I am now trying to learn French and looking for 1 year diploma course.

To all the people between 430 and 460 – Yes, the last draw was painful but trust me there are so many people with scores below you. If you lose hope, we guys are not even going to be in the picture.

To all the people who are above 460 – I seriously hope you are trolling. For every post such as, “I am 46X, will I get an invite?”, there is someone with a score of 420 who feels that you are incredibly blessed with your score and wishes to come at that level some day.

Seriously guys. I know this is hard but trust me, it is even harder for someone below you. I can only wish that your dreams come true even though I feel mine fading away every single day.

I am at 462, and its scaring the crap out of me, the cutoff will linger at 465; +-1; so it will be a touch and go for me.
