Guys ,

Can someone let me know in which email id i can communicate with AINP people.

As i applied on last august 2014..

I know i will take time just wanted to check the status of my application...

I will be thankful to you please share the email or any other contact number where i can communicate ..

Need your suggestion Should i apply through EE as well ?

I am going to complete my one year experience in restaurant Manager in june.

Please suggest i need your option..

Question: the WE canadian experience class eligibility requirements states that the candidate requires 1 year of full time work experience in a specific NOC. it defines 1 year of full time work experience as 1560 hours on a 30 hour per week basis.

My question is if you work 40 hours per week, then would you be eligible if you work 1560 hours? Or else you still need to work for at least 12 months?

Can we still apply for CEC?
I thought there is no CEC anymore and ppl can only apply under EE?

This is from CIC's website :

You must use Express Entry if you want to apply:

under the Federal Skilled Worker Program,
under the Federal Skilled Trades Program,
under the Canadian Experience Class, or
as a provincial nominee, in some cases.

So you have to be eligible in at least one of these categories to apply under express entry.

You still need to complete 52 weeks for CEC and Full time is 30+ hours per week. Doesn't matter how many hours over 30 you worked during a week, it only counts as 30 towards the 1,560 you need.

Would it affect the processing time or decision regarding my AINP if I get a full time job not related to my field of study? Also, do I need to be working FT for 1 year before I can apply or if I can provide proof that I got the job offer would be enough? Does my employer need to apply for LMIA? My NOC is 1434. Friend of mine got an email from ainp a few days ago. They asked him for pay stubs and more. Looks like he will get his certificate soon. His wp expires in July 2015, he applied in nov 2013

Friend of mine hasn't yet received his nomination , applied in nov2013, eds, 6211. His wp is almost done. He called them last week and they told him that the file is still in queue. Looks like , no nominations for eds, 6211 this year.
Guys if you know what noc#s they left out , please share

Are you talking about this very friend that he received an email from AINP and was asked to provide paystubs and stuff?
