Questions on Validate IMM0008 and IMM1344

When I press Validate button, after printing, there is a box writes Office use only/Validated/Yes on the right top of the first page of the forms. Is that correct?

And should I put the page with barcode on the top of the package? or the whole forms (the pages in the right order) on the first of the packages?

and my husband is my sponsor. when I send the two packages through Fedx, the first line about the sponsorship,I should write Family class, spousal sponsorship, right?

Yes, that is correct.

Put the barcodes right on top. The vo should open the package and the barcodes are the first things they should see.

Yes, family class spousal sponsorship. If you are doing outland, also write a nice big OUTLAND beside it.

Yes. Exactly.

The only reason I say to write OUTLAND is because a few people had their applications returned since people in Mississauga thought they were all inland applications and were missing forms, when they were Outland applicants and everything was accounted for
 
and there are 10 barcodes in IMM0008, should I put both the pages that have the 10 barcode on on the top?
or just page 4 that has 8 barcode on? because on page 5 , which has the rest 2 barcodes, there is my signature.

Put all of the barcodes on top

I think there were either 2 or 3 pages of barcodes for the entire package.

But put them on top of each sheet they go to not just one pile of barcodes. From what I read they're supposed to go with their corresponding form ( though my bad, I left them on the bottom when I did mine :-X ). Unless it says otherwise I'd do it that way but at any rate, go through your guide thoroughly a couple times. It's better to have everything you need right out of the gate. Rather than having to send missing papers, or having the whole thing returned and having to resend it and having to reprint things because they updated them since you sent it the first time. Unfortunately, I learned this the hard way so I try to keep others from making the same mistake. But if you follow the guides you should do fine. ;) :D
