Question 10, IMM 0008 Help?

Hello, is there anyone out there that can help me with question 10 on 0008? My work permit got refused back in August, I was out of status and applied for a visitor extension within the 90 day period. That was a few weeks ago now but still have not heard anything from CIC yet. Anyway I am filling my Spouse PR application now and pretty much finished all the forms, I just have one question that I am a little confused on. My current Country of residence is Canada, even though I am applying outland, but where it says status... What am I now? Am I 'other' and then i write out of status? or do I put implied status as I am just waiting for my visitor visa? or am i just a Foreign National? I dont want to make any mistakes!!!

You aren't on implied status. You are currently out of status in Canada. You would need to select other and write "out of status" or "under restoration" or something like that.
