Hii. I was on pgwp expired on 23rd July,2025 and before expiry i applied for visitor record. So, now i am on maintained status and legally got married, going to submit spousal sponsorship and Spousal open work permit.My question is-
1. Have i lost my 90 days restoration period or i am still eligible to apply sowp and restore status as a worker even visitor record application still in progress.
2.What if my visitor record application got refused before i appy for Spousal sponsorship.
3-if refuse, can i still be eligible for Spousal open work permit because i will be out of status if it get refuse.
