I am confused by two different statuses at two different places. Which one is correct ? Below are the screenshots of it. Can anyone tell me if my application is "Submitted" or "Started Processing" and on which date ? o_O

From cic.gc.ca

From ecas

Number 3. indicates that processing started on April 8. I don't know what exactly are they doing, that could mean that your file is waiting on someones desk too.

Is there anyone who reached to IRCC call center via Skype/Phone recently?

IRCC Outside Call Center
+1 613 944 4000

Is this number still reachable via Skype/Phone call from outside of Canada?

Hello!
I also tried the no posted by dearmilkyway but its not working anymore. They encourage us to use the webform for concerns. Im actually so disappointed with this since their reply is very generic if you use the webform.

1-888-242-2100 , press option 1, if it still continues to speak in French, disconnect the call , call again and press 1 for English. You might have to repeat this process till you get the English menu.

They might also have some mechanism to prevent huge call volumes from populous countries if you call from outside Canada.
So create a google voice account or use Skype. If you have a friend in Canada, do a conference call thru your friend.

Anyone know how long it usually takes after medical results have been received, to get an update ?
Been waiting 2 weeks now since they received it, and nothing yet. I know some people received an update within a week. Is this normal not to receive anything for 2 weeks?

Hi Nits
Here:
My Timeline:
Application received : 26 Feb 2018
AOR: 27 March 2018
ROPRF Paid : 28 March 2019
Started Processing: 29 March 2019
Medical request: 25 September 2019
Medicals done: 01 October 2019
Medical received: 03 October 2019
Medical passed: 03 October 2019
DM: 19 October 2019
PPR: 22 October 2019
Quick question ShannonT, once they received your medicals, did you notice any change in the timeline? In my case, they increased the timeline by yet another month after receipt of the medicals..... now it says Feb 2020. I am wondering if this was automated or related to the medicals... Medicals were received 11 Oct 2019, so I can't believe it would take til Feb 2020...

Processing timeline is increased automatically for everyone because of the quotas imposed by Quebec's CAQ government. Its not just for you.

I understand but that doesn't make sense what is the difference between Jan 2020 and Feb 2020? In principle if it's a yearly quota, then the fact that we did not receive it in January 2020 means we will not receive it in all of 2020.... We've been waiting since 2018 so...
