Hello guys please help me if you have any info.

I have sent my Medicals as it was requested, but now got an e-mail from my visa office that I didnt put the US visitor visa refusal in the Schedule A.

I have replied them back explaining that it was not put by mistake.

The point is that while filling in the form I didnt read the question carefully and stressed my attention only to permanent and work permit visas, and as i didnt apply for them anytime my answer was NO. but in the end of this question it asks about visitor visa es well. so in fact i had one refusal from US and as the question was skipped I answered NO instead of Yes.

Did anybody had such experience ?

To understand the situation, could you answer the following questions
1. Can you copy-paste the EXACT text of the e-mail that you got. It would really help to analyze your situation.
2. What is your visa office? Where are you from originally?
3. Have you ever applied for a Canadian visa before your PR application? Did you fail to mention the US refusal in those applications for a Canadian visa as weel?

in order to conclude the processing of your application information why you did not put US visa refusal on your Schedule A

VIsa office: Warsaw

No I have never applied for any immigration before. Quebec is the first.

Guys, how come? Did you read the Schedule A questions carefully? It distinctly says that IF YOU HAVE BEEN PREVIOUSLY REFUSED ANY TYPE OF VISA IN ANY OTHER COUNTRY

Well, it IS important. As you see from the case above they crosschecked with US visa database and found out this info.

I don't want to scare you, but it might really be an issue unless you provide very convincing fairness letter WHY it happened. But it should be REALLY convincing.

Please, guys, let us know what happens next with your application.

Did CIC schedule it for you? As far as I know landing interview is a formality and it usually is basic questions.

hi guys! with regards to filling up my federal application also under QSW. in the Generic application form, they do not ask for the middle name. i would like to ask if there is / or there are portions that middle name is asked? i am confuse if i will be putting my middle name beside my given name. thanks for the reply.
