I was thinking if I should add a field called 'XEP Date' to the tracker ?

Personally I don't think that it is important information, almost everyone have received it.

Dont you think this is unfair for outland applications? Inland and outland should be treated alike. I understand processing their applications faster is righteous since they are already in Canada. Inland medical status (medical updates) can change in a year time like outlands as well!!
Everything with IRCC is so bizzare plus we dont even know in what way they are processing applications, some mid 2018 applications are still pending while early 2019 are getting their DMs. Its frustrating at this point.
I hope COVID vaccination starts ASAP and borders would open. This is the only hope for outland applicants.
Currently, they totally ignore us.
49 months waiting for CSQ and now it has been 24 months for Federal processing - no MR yet.
I applied for GCMS notes. It has been 65 days - there is no reply even for that.

I don't expect any further movement for the pending cases in remaining Dec. 2020.
Lets hope something gud in 2021.....
I think they send DM and COPR for inland applicants and wait for the first vaccination and then take the outlands,
