Quebec investor program has closed but still not response from QIIP

Quebec investor program has closed, can anyone give me some feedback how long they will complete backlog? Actually I applied in September 2010 and receive document acceptance in December 2010, but haven’t got any response after that,
anyone who got response, plz share with us

Any one get AOR after submite the file to fedarel along with CSQ and request for PCC or MR ??
