Interview was waived. Received 2 requests for documents that we hadn't signed (apparently). Hadn't heard anything then since April.

We both did the TCFaQ where we got combination of B1s and A2s. We have both studied french in secondary school for three years and sent proof of this.

Principal applicant noc is 6221.

I am not sure why we were exempt from the interview

Is this true? Any such changes or related one?

Are there any changes in rules or criteria or procedures for quebec immigration?

Pls provide clarity on this.

It is the best possible way to start our week.

The official occupation on the csq is "Sales specialist technical wholesale trade". Principal applicant has a 4 year Degree in Business and accounting and 4 years+ work experience as technical account manager/ sales.

We are married with 2 children and are both under 30. Spouse has 3 year degree in Humanities.

whao whao whao.... u sure atre a high flier bro... all these coupled with B1s & A2 in french will sure av given u more than the required mark to escape the interview... congrats once again bro..... pls make the federal application water tight as well... from which country have u applied from?

Good News....

Today we received our CSQ in the post.

It was signed on June 20th, postmark June 21st but only received today July 25th... I wonder why the delay!!

Anyway on to Federal

congrats dear on getting the CSQ,

will you plz let us know what was your area of training and qualification. what is ur french level, were you on the priority list etc. what is ur resident country.

Your input would be very helpful to all of us...

yeah bro there are....is it that they do offer there in india yet? if they are yet to fully ratify thier agreement with thses centres.. the exam will still not be able to start.... it is also possible that the number of applicant requesting for the exam is not encouraging.

I am really very sad about this info..
Because, I joined weekend batch of A1 in Alliance Francaise and it will take around 7 months to complete, as I was not able to attend evening batch due to my job timings (10 am to 8 pm) but I want to do self-study and want to appear in exam somewhere in nov-dec 2011.

Pls if anybody has knowledge about tefaq centres those are taking this exams regularly in india anywhere, kindly share.

We were not priority processing but we did include every possible document to back up our education and work experience

well several theory has been making the rounds about address disappearance... and in majority of these cases, there was no change to their status after the address returns....
in my own opinion, i think it may be caused by the system upgrade in CIC offices from the old CAIPS system to the new i-tech GCMS.
is this the first time u are experiencing this?
also at this stage of ur processing, if i were in ur shoes... i will term it to mean that someone is busy with my data ..... which is a good sign.... if this is ur fisrt time of experiencing such, it might be positive... lets wait and see what happens 2mao tuesday cos that is when e-cas is usually updated... if it still persists after 2mao then it might be a good sign for u which might materialize within 14days.
