Listen to this. Yesterday the Vienna Office wrote me an E-mail. They said the interview date for 30 April is canceled and we are Pleased.
Can you confirm the date 30 March 2011 at 10 a Clock? Once again they said me we are sorry. They had make a mistake because 30 April is Saturday and the office is closed.

Haha... I just confirmed and my interview is in 30 March now. Right now i have 41 Days 15 Hours and 37 Minutes to get my CSQ. (if)

Shahi did they asked you anything special? Do i have to worry? What about the points i thought they have calculated before the interview this is why you were selected for interview
because you have passed the points. This is how it should be. Am i right?

Please friend tell us about this.

We are in dilema that who can be principle applicant..

a few lawyers suggested my wife would be good for principle applicant , because she is havign both bachelor and masters degree in computers

I have only bachelor degree in mechanical engineering and have experience in non study filed computers . but have computers training..

is it good to include both (mine & wife's ) documents ( educational, professional exp certificates) in submission.?

going to attorney is the good choice, or we can apply as individual?

Alright to your questions...well..i ll tell u...its wonderful...40 days is just abt the right time....

Point no 1... improve ur french as much as possible..take individual classes from AF... listen to channels..on youtube...most importantly try n speak in front of the mirror...

what ever cerificates u have sent..try n find out how to explain them in french....

Quebec ppl are very nice and kind...so be confident...!!..Good luck..if u have any prob let me know!

@ egrace2, I have received the medical requests on 3rd Dec, however the letter was dated 30th November. The post here takes only 2 days to deliver mail which is very good. Luckily, u don't ve to take appointment here for medical exams and the doctor i went to was very cooperative.... My only issue is now, i have to wait for my wife's passport to be issued so that we can get the visa stamped. It will take like 3 weeks more. Meanwhile, I will get the bankdraft ready and send it to the visa office. Here, there is a possibility of receiving ur passport the same day u submit it... BTW, where r u intending to stay in Quebec? Me, it will be Hull....

Hi,

If I said that you apply as the principal applicant the only advantage that you have is your 10 yrs experience otherwise of course your spouse's education has an edge.

Regarding attorney most of us or I would say that 80-90 % of the applicants are applying by themselves because the attorneys don't do much work for the their clients they simply take away a bulk of money from your pocket and also there is no difference between an applicant who go through an attorney or who apply themselves. Filling up the application is a easy task and won't take more than 2 hours to be completed. For more Information I would like to ask you to directly visit the immigration Quebec website it is such a well managed website and every question has answer there.

Quebec is wonderful land wish you get through all those procedure and settled there.

Please can you explain me about this calculation he did to you. You think that our points are nor calculated yet? if so why they have choose and select us for interview. I know that you must reach the points to be selected for interview.

Lirjan...to be honest..i dont know the point breakage... i was too afraid to ask to be honest... during the interview he said ...vous avez reussir...n thts all i wanted to hear..nothing else...

what i do know is...tht they call u for an interview..if 90% the file is positive.... so be confident!!

As they have written in their official website that we have to sign a contract that we meet financial needs for first three months. Now please suggest me that do we have to send bank statement or just sign the contract form of financial sufficiency? And If we have to send the bank statement with our form, then what is the exact time duration needed for it, like of how many months or days exactly?

you do not need a bank statement. All u need to is to enter an agreement with d Quebec Authority by filling out contrat form for financial sufficiency. follow d guide in d CFS and based on the size of ur accompaning family member u write the figure in the space provided.thay is all u need
