Yes you need to include this Form and since you did not travel outside of your country, you need to Check "did not travel"

Certified True Copies for CSQ (Pakistan)

Hi everyone,

We have applied for CSQ regular program from within Montreal. Everything is fine except that they asked us for the Educational certified copies again, which has poured a hell of confusion on me.

Here are the certified copies of documents they want for both, myself and my wife:


* Bachelor Degree
* Bachelor Transcript
* Post-Secondary


Here's why I'm confused:

In my original application, I submitted the photocopies of these documents which were attested by HEC Pakistan as well as Foreign Office Pakistan. Why did they still return them? What did I miss?

Now, I need your opinion on what to do, I have 3 months to resubmit. I have some things in mind but don't know what they expect:

* Get the photocopies attested from a Notary Public in Pakistan
* Get photocopies attested from the college/university which is a hell of a lot of time taking specially because I am here
* Half of my documents are qualified to be attested from the consulate in Montreal, but the rest half are not.

I am really confused because HEC and Foreign office are high level authorities in Pakistan and still they didn't approve them. Please help me in this case, asap. Thanks!

Hello everyone,

I got intention to reject letter somewhere in Nov 2015 and i sent them in Dec 2015.
In Jan 2016 i got letter from MIDI that my they verifying my documents.

Today, i called MIDI and they said, they updated my file on May 6, 2016 that my preliminary review is done and positive going for next step.

Now, does that mean do i have enough points ?

How long they gonna take now? -- I know on website it says 1 to 9 months.

I'm an Inland applicant.

Please share if you have experience or you r thoughts.

Interview completed. Visa Office Hongkong. Get 59 out of 63. Given 12 months to update French.

Personal life changed. Divorced, remarried and update status. Paid fees.

Received acknowledgement that considered my file.

New baby born 01.01.2015.
Update status again. paid fees for baby.

Interview waiting list 13 March 2015
Interview date received 23 June 2015
Interview date 20 August 2015 Visa office Manila Phillipine

Interview cancellation letter 27 July 2015
Again Interview date letter 21 September 2015

Interview completed but rejected for lack of legal work experience.

Reason No legal document find. so cut my work experience 8 point, for this reason also cut my AOT 6 point (accountant)
Same reason cut my spouse 2 point (legal work experience). He is tax lawyear and financial advisor.
total 14 point cut which I was get in my first interview.

Acknowledgement received 01 February 2016
