It was intention to reject, yet my application still in process. On January,2015 I received the letter and the immigration officer was looking forward having the income tax letter for both, myself and my wife, however, both of us are in a position and/or a country that doesn't make us liable to pay tax, we managed to provide him with tax exemption letter with fully legalization
My question is the letter received from the immigration on Jaunary,2015, I sent the documents mid of March and my file was updated on the 1st of April, and yet nothing happened! Does it reflect a good indicator?

I want to know that my company had shifted me to another company which is also a part of my previous company
And address of the companies are same and my salary account also remains same for my new company
For example :- I was working in Aggarwal solutions pvt ltd, then my company aggarwal solutions tranfer my job to aggarwal consulting pvt ltd
but the bank account remains same for both companies from where i receive my salary so this thing Do i need to update to my file or not

Send them your transfer letter with cover note and write your reference number, visa office name, category with full explanation.

Its better to inform them to avoid future problems.

I did, they said its in process. As for the letter you can ask for it from the ministry of finance. But what do you think mate? Seems it's going well due to the elapsed time? and overall i have 57 points if my application will be asses on the recent regulations. Please share me your feedback!

if pf letter issued by accountant of pf department and it is hand written will it acceptable.

If it is on PF department, Govt of India printed letter head alongwith official stamp of PF Department, Govt of India. This shouldn't be a problem.

I think your rejection was solely on the basis of non-submission of certain documents and they have not taken your overall points into consideration anywhere.

Very strange and sad it is.
I will suggest you to go for appeal as someone has shared the link for midi.

Yes, your conjoint(e) could make an application & list you as a dependant. But it would have to be a new application - you can't "swap" principal applicant on an existing app.

The MIDI will automatically do that, if the Secondary applicant is scoring a better point being primary. this happened in my case actually.
