No, if you get the pass mark France is not mandatory for CSQ.
How you received this? Regular mail or through email?

is there any substitute for these documents:

• At least two items attesting to your status as de facto spouse on which your name
and the name of your spouse appear. The following documents are eligible:

– Mortgage or dwelling lease
– Statements of joint bank accounts
– Utility bills (electricity, natural gas, telephone or Internet service)

Hello Everyone,

I would like to seek your expertise and experience on applying the CSQ.

I am a graduate of Bachelors Degree Major in Computer Engineering in one of the state university in the Philippines and preparing now my documents to lodge an application to the opening of the program.

I consulted some Visa Consultants here in the Philippines and they told to me that I am not qualified because the Bachelors Degree that I have is equivalent only to Vocational Degree in Quebec.

I am a bit confused now. I would like to know if that is true.

I would like to seek your insights regarding on this matter.

Hope you can share a link where I can prove that this is true and correct.

Thank You in advance.

Thanks,

Jojen

Do you have kids?
If yes, you can use their birth certificate.
Have you guys done any customary wedding (traditional , church or islam wedding)?
Get a notarized certificate and submit. (Go to cic.gc.ca print IMMM5409E, print and meet a notary to sign it)

adaptability points eliminated, so singles may need 49 pass points at preliminary review stage and thus may be the processing times got reduced. But processing times may depend upon overall selection rate of year from e.g. asia it is max 8300 in 2015 ( see plan immigration 2015 given in planification 2015) http://www.micc.gouv.qc.ca/fr/planification/index.html .
Also as superior court said that apply the Rules which were in effect when applicant applied so 2011 applicants should be awarded 6 points for A2 french
MY file reached Hong kong mission in first week of nov 2011 and got AOR in mid dec 2011, but afterwards not heard anything from them . on calling +1514-864-9191 then 9 then 1 then 1 they said your file is waiting to be processed and as stated on micc website processing time for india is 41+3=44 months for preliminary review stage. so wat would i do.

"Important announcement for Indians"

If you are looking for Certified Translator or Authorized Translator for Quebec Immigration then check link as under:

http://itaindia.org/

They are authorized from FIT (Fédération Internationale Des Traducteurs).

I searched alot and finally find this source

I called to quebec embassy and said "Notary Public" is authorized translator? they said "NO".

So guyz dont take risk.
