Hi Bro,
It was very easy. We just went to the local IT Office and said we want to file tax for the 2010 to 2013. An accountant there helped us in filling the form. We mentioned the exact amount the we earned. The same day they issued us the copy. They used the "Form-1 Shahaj" and issued us "Form ITR-V Acknowledgement" . I think you can file anywhere in the same state. Charged us 3500 INR. Actually it was not chargeable. but it is India!!!

I applied on 7th May 2014 and CC charged on 15 August 2014, till now no regular mail or email from them for File NO..

I called help center the agent took my information and told they open my file but she did not give my File NO.

how much time it will take to get File No. ? I will be normal mail or email?

Did any one have the same situation, I am thinking to withdraw my application for Quecbec did they pay me back as they did not process my file and how can I contact with them to withdraw

God gave me an Xmas gift of a baby girl 2 days back!

I applied as a single applicant, without any spouse.

Now what should I do? I don't want delays in my file. Should I add the baby, get married and add the mum? Or I should wait and sponsor them when I'm in Quebec? Please take your precious times to advice me on this!

hi friends .i m frm punjab.2012 applicant.one week ago,i had got letter for updation of docs from embsy.
1.they hve demanded ITR from 2007 to 2013,and its translated version..

2.birth certificate certified copy and its translation.

plz tell me guyss from which person i can get translate the ITR and birth cerificate ???????????????????????
STAMP on ITR is in hindi ,i already sent orginal returns for 2009 to 2012,so why they had demanded again?????
please reply me friendsplzzzz.i m worried frndds

Dear Jass,

First of all congrats for starting correspondence to get CSQ. Further consult with your lawyer for last 5 years ITR copies or submit online your old returns and for Translation go to any translator (usually in Punjab Translators found in Court area) also do notarizes, after notarized your translation will valid.

Now Will you please share your AOT, Points and detail with us it may help us to conclude our cases whch is in pipeline.

Dear Suja,
Each time you add a dependent you must send a new "Contract regarding Financial self-sufficiency". I guess last time your lawyer might have signed it. And this time if you want to sign by yourself,I wonder if you need the Bank statement proof showing the amount for you three including baby. Check it..I am not sure.

Hey guys, when adding a child who will not accompany you, do we pay an extra fee again? And also do we update the Financial Self Sufficiency form even though the baby isn't accompanying?
