I called them once again and the response is still the same, payment has not been processed yet. Most of the applicants in this forum that applied in October 2013 have gotten their AOR's. They said I need to wait until the 7th month, the person I spoke to only reassured me that there is no problem with my file and my draft according to what she saw in her computer perhaps.

Regarding the Evaluation Comparative des Etudes Hors du Quebec. Can anyone tell me how long the process takes. and how long it takes to receive AOR for the Evaluation.

You are eligible to apply if you are single applicant.Note that Quebec immigration project is quite time consuming process. If you are eligible under FSW then I advise you to lodge your application on that in which most of the cases are finalized in less than a year.

I received AOR after 3 months.However, it may take 5-7 months to complete entire process.

I submitted my application 20th September 2013 and received AOR via email on November 27th.
