Hi there.. first of all i love this website.. a lot of personal experiences makes searching for information easier..
i am planning to apply for quebec skilled class worker, individually.. my question is.

1) if i do get 55 points, is the interview for CSQ still required??
2) i fall under category 2 i.e. area of training is section C.. does anyone have a link for visa intake area wise for the maximum application to be received and applications already logged in..

Thanks..

1) Even if you reach at 63 point then also most probably you have to face the interview except if you have an extra ordinary French skills like (C1/C2) and/or your occupation in priority 8) 8) 8) 8)

2) Here is the link where they update the total number of application received etc..

Hello Harit ,
Thanks for sharing information. Can you please let me know if A1 translates to 4 points (2 listening + 2 speaking) or is it 1 point each skill ?

Let's say you have 16 marks in Listening and <16 marks in Speaking then you will get 1 point. You will not get any point for Speaking section.
If you have marks between 8 to 16 then you will awarded points for previous module.
I hope that helps.

If you will get more than 16 in A1 then you will get 2 points. For A2 you will get 6 points.
There is no minimum level for applying Quebec. During the interview you have to reach 63 points to pass the interview including adaptability point.

DELF/DALF results take quite some time to be sent...minimum 6 months. Did mine in March, and I am still waiting. Dont forget that you can not use the preliminary results. They only accept diploma. Try to do TEF/Q or TCF/Q to have your results sooner.
