Hi guys,

just wanted to give some Intel from my side.

Had my CSQ-Interview this week Tuesday, 20.Sept.. Have been approved and I am supposed to receive my CSQ via Post by next week.

It lasted about 1 hour, nothing particular, i studied well, but nothing special anyway, a smooth conversation, 95% in French obviously. No IELTS needed in my case.

Anyway, I am about to fill the forms for the federal part. It'll be tough in my case, i traveled a lot and
need PC's from 5 different Countries... :'( : and now i have to complete my personal history and all the addresses I've lived from the age 18. (I'm 31) ???

If anyone has questions, ask me, but i'm not sure whether i can answer them. (yet)

Important: For the interview definitely bring all the ORIGINAL documents ! I had a Certified (!!!) Copy from a Notary, which obviously is certified, (self-explaining) but she insisted on the Original!! Lucky me that I didn't need to spend 150$ for a notary to get (more) things Certified, and they still want the original... well,...whatever...who knows...

Just interested whats written in the CSQ letter, if its just the letter, or other instructions how to proceed. I'm german, currently working (on a permit) in Montreal and applying from inside Canada. Anyone has got any idea where to send the Federal Part Forms if you apply from inside Canada?

Congratulations on the sucess of ur interview..... u are almost there...... if u have stayed upto a year in canada, then u can send ur federal application either to the office in vegreville or

Ok, so I understand if I do my MBA (online/offline/distance, I will secure full 12 points. 2 more questions:

1. What if its a diploma course - PGDM or PGDBA or any others?
2. What if its for just 1 year (Executive MBA), or two years?

Your degree should specify "Masters in......" and the name of the university..The word masters is important not the duration.

Are you from India..?? Then I can send you a points allocation format as per Indian educational system recognized by Quebec Govt.

My dear friends, I don't know if this has happened to anyone of you here in this thread or no but anyway I would like to ask you: Since I got the second AOR on 25 August I started to follow my ecas because before that I couldn't do that( GOD knows why). From that day my ecas status shows Received by VO since December 17th 2010 and nothing more, YESTERDAY suddenly when I checked my ecas they had added my mailing address but there is no other change in the status. Does anyone of you know why until now there was no address and now there is?

I'm happy to be here with you all experienced people. I've started my process of applying PR (Quebec). Need your suggestions and help. Initially I introduce myself.

I'm Humayun Kabeer. MBA HR with 3 yrs exp in HR domain. My current profile is as Asst. Manager HR.

I checked PEI, It showed positive result. Got to proceed further. I've downloaded CSQ form and fund declaration form. I don't have certificate for french proficiency but I've started my class. So will they accept my form?

I've seen Vegreville popping up but there also was Sydney, Nova Scotia, they both looked the same. I wasn't sure.

Yes, I'm in Canada for over a year, since July last year.

i'm able to send all my docs in about 4 weeks, then we'll see whats coming next.

yes, they will accept your form and proccess it. you can keep updating your file with french certificates as & when you achieve them.

what are your specific queries ? the BIQ site is pretty comprehensive in explaining the docs required to be submitted along with the appl form. hope u've already visited the biq,hk homepage.
