If i plan to pursue Masters in commerce (2yrs course)..I will add one more feather in my cap (i can claim 12 points under education). Yes

What about training..?? How many points will be allocated under training criteria for M.com (management studies). 6. Points

depending on when u wish to submit ur application, this can either be a good or bad idea. good in the sense that it will earn u the 12points but bad in the sense that it cannot earn u this 12points unless u av finished the program with ur certificate as proof. so unless u are willing to submit ur application in d next 1.5years, it really might not be good for u cos of d delay it will cause. ur file will be delayed for processing until u finish ur masters before ur education point can be conclusive

No. there is no tracker for Quebec application part.After you get the CSQ you can track the federal process.
