the reason to ask is coz I want to find out on what basis they waive interview!

@ Harsha, no u can't check the status of an application duribg the CSQ stage

@ everyone- thanks for the warm wishes

@ harsha- I have an MBA, 4 years (more or less) of work experience, I indicated high beginner on my application and did not show any test scores, later on I added proof that I was enrolled in French classes, no spouse or children. I have a sister in Montreal and previous visits to Montreal.

I'm not sure why exactly the interview was waived, but I probably did scrape by and get the min of 55 points. I was not sure how they would have calculated my experience because some of it was part time. Plus, I'm not sure how they calculated my language points as I did not submit a test score.

Thats great!! You are very lucky. I have a very similar background, MBA - 4/5 years of experience, beginner french but no relatives in Canada :(
So most likely will have an interview!!
Thanks and congrats once again!

Harsha,

what is your timeline if you don't mind me asking?

My first AOR came in April 2011 with a receipt for the fees and File number. Nothing heard after that!!
