I have been wondering...I got a job offer in a profession which is not related to my AOT. Can I still apply for a new work permit even though I would be changing professions?

I obtained my CSQ under the PEQ class and I have been wondering whether I am LMIA exempt for all professions or just the profession I am currently working in.

I have submitted my application in express entry,now I want to know if I can apply another application for Quebec skilled worker 2015?
Doesn't have any problem if have two applications in both programs simultaneously!
Any advice will be highly appreciated.

Hi everyone. Can anyone please Help me with my points. I am quite confused but I tried to see what my points will be and I came up with 60pts, No IELTS score included yet.

Nursing (Bach-4yrs) year 2011 Graduate ( as per Quebec Website, internships is recognized
Total hours internship = 2,160/160hrs per week = 13.5mos
28-30yrs old
No IELTS yet

Spouse:
Mechanical Engineering (Bach-5yrs)
7 years work experience
30 years old


No IELTS

with one Child - 1 year old

I know everyone would say why not make Hubby the Principal Applicant, answer is he just can't. He cannot be bothered at the moment to take the IELTS as he's loaded with work and I am more willing to do it anytime.

Please enlighten me on this one. Thank you very much in advance.

41 months are process time for India. what about priority applicants like 16 and 12 points is the time same for both if so then what is mean by priority?

Hello!

Once we have secured the CSQ, how sure is the approval of the immigrant applicant - federal stage? I've read that it's only police and medical clearances at this point, and that Canadian Immigration is not really that particular with Quebec nominees as compared to other provinces' nominees. Is this true? So does that mean that if a CSQ holder doesn't have a criminal record and a costly, debilitating disease, approval is pretty much 100% and that it's just a matter of time before we get the visa?
