Re: (No subject)

@ wings, where those vacation happens within same month(i.e u travel & return home within same month), u wont need to declare such but 4 those travels that fall within 2 or more months, u'll need 2 declare those otherwise there will b some loop unless u'll want to adjust d actual dates. So if those travel spans 1month & over, u need declare

@ wings

I think engrace62 is right. Is not problem for vacations. i have been in Italy, Greece, Spain and Turkey but just for 10 days so i did not wrote any of these in the section of living abroad. I don't know wings how much time did you spend in these countries you have lived. But one think is clear you must not lie because the offices verify the files of each other.

Once more look how many months have you stayed abroad , if you have stayed 3 months and more you have to take Polices Certificates for each of these countries that you have lived 3 Months from the age of 18 and now. If not don't worry.

@ Lirjan,

No you only have to take police certificate from all of the countries you stayed in for more than 6 months!

Anyways, I have traveled a loooot to the US (1-2 month stays usually) and honestly I dont remember every single travel and ever single address because I stayed with host families.

So I dont know because as of right now i'm sure I'm missing something...

Yes my mistake. Is 6 months and more. :)

Don't worry to much if you have not lived for this period don't declare anything of your trips.

Mansoor,

Guess we have a lot of people in your situation as my credit card was charged on the 2nd of February 2011 and up till now am yet to get anything from Paris BIQ. It is really getting to me until I heard about the timeline of someone on this forum also where it took about 70 days from the day his payment was cashed to the day he got AOR, so let's be patient as that is the name of this project. We'll all get there very soon.

Good news brother
so wait for couple week your aor is on the way.

God luck u r in queue.

Appreciate your valuable suggestion for same.

Regards
Cool

Well finally there is a good news although not expected this way. I got a mail from BIQ Paris notifying me of a selection interview in June and its taking place in Ghana but I honestly thought I will get a waiver cos from my calculation I hit the waiver point but all the same let them bring it on cos I'm sure with the help of God and the good people on this forum I'll scale thru the interview without any stress. I know there has been various aspects on how to prepare for the selection interview at one time or the other on this forum but I will still appreciate links that might be of help. Contributions from the newest guy with the maple leave in the house will be appreciated Shahi, egrace, lirjan, wingsof, etc.

Thank you all.

yeah, he has more than the minimal requirement, so let him get at the french stuff, since he will b filling as a double applicant, the spouse factor is also a critical factor that should b considered, the spouse should b able to contribute atleast 6points out of a total of 16points for their application to really fly.and if they have schooled/worked in english they stand a good chance

Congrats, for u to have been scheduled for an interview shws the priority stuff worked but since u did not include french attestation, that might av affected u not getting the waiver. were u not to av been on a priority list the application might av been rejected. encore une fois felicitation. i guess u will have to make out time to really study the french now
