what's your AOT? maybe your profession is not on the priority list. you can call their number to push your application. it's been almost 2 years of waiting, you should be receiving request for update

Dear Rabb,
Be careful to update documents, ask other peoples in India for the alternate of Birth Certificate, there must be something issue from government authorities (I know a person in this form who provide them a birth certificate which issued from Saudi Government but it was a temporary certificate he send that with attention and wise verse but BIQ send him a rejection letter).

So follow the format they required check your letter there is a link for the format types.

I am born in 1982 and my wife in 1983 (india - Punjab) and we have issued our date of birth certificate in 2013 also my friend and his wife issued there birth certificates in 2013. So i dont think so there is a problem.

Kindly go and consult with lawyer if you face any problem he will guide you confirmly.

Thanks Jeanlby, there is mismatch in birth date. at that time birth were not recorded properly.
Is there any way i can provide alternate way which is acceptable.

Hi Rabb,

These days the birth certificates are available online atleast i am sure this is the case with Metro Cities. Check with your Corporation/Municipality on how to get this and if this is available online. Approach the municipality to take a Birth certificate that is the most direct and straight forward method to get it going. Also, you dont want to waste time and build up your pressure by going with some alternatives.

These days, getting a communication from Quebec seems very rare. Since you have got, it is always better to go with a straight forward and correct reply to their queries.

By the way, when did you apply in 2011 and what is your AOT.

one of my friend has applied through an agent in 2012....since docu acceptance and file number he has not got any update.....he is from india applied in sep 2012 under nursing cat......can anyone suggest when ll his file open or ll get interview calll

Getting AOR means my file is accepted and I will wait for interview

I am afraid that whether you can make your application into the cap. Just after answering your previous query for the same,MICC declared that 6500 quotas were occupied. However,I am not sure how they count total applications . If they count it from the date they received then you may be safe and you may not be safe if number of applications are counted on the basis of file number given.

What date of July did you send your application?

If your spouse got minimum 6.0 in all modules of GT and 5/6 years of work experience then you guys can apply under FSW.

Hi, Those who are getting 12-18 months to improve french..........The time of grace period is counted from the date of receipt of the letter or from August 1, 2013??? Do you believe the grace period will be given after the 12-18 months period is passed from the date August 1, 2013?
