today my lawyer informed me that he got mail of my file and in mail he find file no.I request him to forward it to me.I am nervous.what can be.if it is file no. what would be next.when csq?

good day for everyone....
briefly i was a pr in quebec/canada since 2010 and my pr will be expired in 2015 ,,,i will not meet the required period to renew my PR due to many circumactances and also, i will not be able to go to canada and go through the investagations and the probabilty to let me stay....so,,i think about re apply especially i meet the requirements and may be i can meet it if i wait till my pr expired.....

so..from my experiance for applying to immigrate to quebec ,,you first get the cqs which is vaild for three years ,after that you submit your application to get the right of permanant resident ....

so i think i can apply to get th CQS then wait till my PR expired then i apply for the new one....

what do you think....is my plan is write or i should do other thing.....

First of all congratulation.
Welcome to the waiting club, it so early to think from now about your CSQ.
Check the processing time related to your country of residence.
The processing time for us( middle east) is arround 35 months as of now and keep increasing.
Hope we will get it all soon

Jasvir ji Congrats at last your wait is over, for a while though coz another long wait starts, i wish it to be shorter and you reach your destination soon

We may get next mission updates before 20th December 2013. Because, last mission is getting over on 20th December 2013. This time also I have least hope for mission Asia as no one has received any notice to attend selection interview so far from Asia, usually/probably one has to get interview notification before three months of interview schedule.

I got my file no.yesterday.my AOT has 16 points.my qualification is more than required qualification for this category.I have b1 DELF, attached with application.I filed my case on 26 july13.when csq can I expect csq or interview will be there.
it is not in priority?

Yours is surely a priority case. But, priority files are also taking years to get cleared. You may be get call for selection interview in mid/end of 2014. Unfortunately there is no exact criteria for interview waiver.

" you cannot add or send any documents to your file in order to increase your points" like a better results for french or english exams that might give you additional points, and the assessment will be only based on the initial assessment. Later, during the interview, the immigration officer might consider these new language results"

is that correct guys ? i am really confused !!!

Why waste your time to hire a crook in the name of a lawyer when you can get all the information required on the official site, and even right here at this forum. We all know that they are asking people to update with B2 French in say 18 months time, and a child in case of a new birth, etc and these go to add to your points. I think we are more informed than most of these so_called consultants.
