hello Jimmy,

this is good analysis but not in my favour . i lost a whole 10 points due to this new rule stuff. why 2011 applicants should be under the new rule is beyond me.

Sorry for you, they killed us by this retoactive procedures. i and my spouse we did last month the TEFAQ and still waiting the result. the most important is to get B2 B2 other wise i will re-do it again and agian until getting the minimum required.

i dont know your situation but try to improve little your points if applicable.

Regards to all of you! I want to know if I can apply for Quebec under the new rules with these details:

Age: 31

Nationality: Indian

Edu: B.com (3yrs)

Work Ex.: 5+ years as Accountant

Language:

English: IELTS: 7.5 above in each section

French: TCFQ : Speaking- B2
Listening- A2

Funds: Sufficient

Children: 0

Spouse:

Age: 36 yrs

Edu: Bachelors in Business admin.


I am already learning more French, aiming to score a B2 in listening as well in my next exams in feb. though its hard.

Please help me by giving a basic evaluation here. If I do qualify with just these points should I start filing straight away? God bless your hearts for helping me in advance!

Hey Jimmy, Just wanted to say that B2 B2 is only required if you are short of 10 points, if you are short of 5 or less, B2 in any of L/S will suffice. I m sure you must be knowing this.

Do they work on interviews in a queue system or randomly ?

I mean, do they start 2011 applicants only after finishing 2010, and do they start 2012 applicants only after finishing 2011, and will 2012 applicants be called for interview in a queue system, that is do they start with Janyary february march ... and so ?

ofcourse regardless of the notice of the interview and the waiting list email , i am just asking about the Interiew Date itself .

Hey Jimmy, Just wanted to say that B2 B2 is only required if you are short of 10 points, if you are short of 5 or less, B2 in any of L/S will suffice. I m sure you must be knowing this.

Hi i had apply on oct 2011,in may 2012 in got AOR,i had sent tefaq exam resukt with A2 on may 2013,on nov 25 2013 i got mail that i will get call for interview .after that i am waiting waiting

Congratulations. You have the file number indicating that your file was opened. Now you should wait for next notification. Just want to ask you simply: When you filled up your documents and send them. Did you prepare the documents by yourself or by attorneys. Thank you.

On my email attachments, the MICC writes the date December 2 instead of November 2 which I noticed just now. I got email stating a file number given to me on November 2 but they have written different date on my attachments that is December 2 2013.Is it Okay or should I take further initiation.
Any idea or is there anyone who has similar situation like mine

Is there anyway to check online status for CSQ application?
As I have submitted my CSQ application almost 8 months ago and got AOR from Hong Kong in July,13 since then no update from HK office.
Does anyone has idea how can i have update about my case?

I got a question, I am an indian citizen residing in UAE. At the time of submission of my application, i was not sure about continuing my contract here and hence i prepared everything from india and send it providing all the details of India, i have extended my contract here for two more years here. Does this make any difference in acceptance of application or at a later stage?

You have to send letter to BIQ requesting to transfer your file to the region where you are residing. If you are okay to come to Delhi from UAE to attend interview then I dont think you have to worry much about.

Thanks, soon i get a file number i ll update my visa status and request them to keep it as it is, i prefer to attend interview in delhi as i am not sure how long i ll b here.
