In my case after my wife(she is the sponsor) got the CSQ on the mail, she just scanned it and I sent the scanned copies to the VO that's doing the paperwork, in our case its in Mexico. Afterward, they said they had attached it to my application and that it was good to go.Congrats, @CCarter

The only thing that makes me uneasy is that even though our CSQ application arrival date and credit card charge date are very similar, I still did not get an AOR.
They are fast to charge the cards, not to send the AOR.
If u dont mind my asking...
What is the next step?
Do we have to send a copy of the CSQ toIRCC? Or any communication that we have received it?

I literally just attached the scanned pages and sent them an email; MXICOIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca
I have an email chain where I been going back and forth with them. So I just attached the scanned pages there and they said that was fine.
I wonder if they have the correct address? I got a notification of the credit card charge in the mail.
I got a text message from my Bank when the QC office charged me, I did not get any actual mail or email when that happened

Our CSQ was issued in September 2020. We haven’t heard anything since then. No AOR2, no medical request. No updates since March. We’re February applicants and our VO is Mississauga....
For me I was asked both the CSQ and the medical at the same time via email.
Interesting! May I ask how the medical request was worded ? I went back to read our email but there was only a request for the CSQ

Quick update.
Even though I did not receive a formal e-mail, my application arrived in MEXICO VO and I guess I have the AOR.
I sent the CSQ's of my wife and her kid by e-mail and I got a response from them, saying that the CSQ's were received and attached to my file.

Thats the exact sequence mine application went trough, I did however get an email from them

When I got the email that I was approved as a sponsor it said they would be sending it to Mexico. I never got an AOR from Mexico but in the back and forth of trying to figure out why it says we didnt do biometrics, they confirmed they had it. FYI my file still says they have not received fingerprints even though they confirmed they did.
