Does anyone know the name and contact information for the Immigration Program Manager at the Canadian Embassy, Manila? I tried to google but of course CIC doesn't want anyone to know how to contact any responsible person directly so this information appears to be buried.

I did find the Case Management Branch contact info for Ottawa which is where I'll go next if my case is not resolved soon. I love that they help resolve issues where the Visa Office doesn't answer your inquiries within 30 days. Does Manila ever answer inquiries?!?!?!

This is their mandate:

Please contact us if:
• You have a case where there are exceptional circumstances
(example: urgent protection cases)
• There is a case that may not have been appropriately dealt with by
a CIC local office or visa office and where litigation is to be avoided
• If you notice a number of cases in which you believe there exists a
pattern of concern.
• If you have not received a reply to your enquiries within 30 days of
contacting a particular visa office.
